Job description:

• Prepare lenses for packaging according to released production orders and the shipment calendar.
• Conduct briefings with operators at the start and end of each shift to provide necessary updates.
• Ensure operators perform line clearance and daily equipment checks.
• Prepare consumable supplies for production use, including foil, blister packs, vials, etc.
• Monitor operator work to ensure compliance with established SOPs and work instructions.
• Summarize production data into the designated output form.
• Assist the Supervisor in ensuring production runs smoothly to meet set targets.
• Support operator activities as needed.
• Report any issues encountered during production to the Supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the Supervisor and/or Management.

Job requirements:

• Min. Senior High School in any field
• Min. 2 years of experience in the same position, preferably in a cleanroom environment or medical device manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and packaging standards.
• Basic understanding of safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), and quality standards.
• Ability to manage a team, assign tasks, and meet production targets.
• Proficient in basic computer use (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems)
• Willingness to work in rotating 3 shifts
