Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with API Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and customer requirements
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement
• Lead inspection, testing, and verification of materials and finished products
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions for non-conformance issues
• Establish and track quality metrics to measure process effectiveness
• Plan and execute internal & external audits to maintain compliance and certifications
• Liaise with customers to resolve quality concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, providing guidance and training Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field Minimum 4 years in QA/QC
• Strong knowledge of API Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and regulatory requirements Proficiency in quality management tools (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC)
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams, customers, and auditors Experience in conducting audits (internal & external)
