Job Purpose
To maintain and organize key operational documents, support meeting processes and coordinate with another department to ensure all documentation is accurate and update.
Job Responsibilities
- Write clear and accurate meeting minutes, distribute them promptly, and follow up on action items.
- Liaise between internal teams to ensure consistent communication, relay relevant information, and facilitate collaboration.
- Organise, maintain and update operational documents and records with strong attention to detail.
- Manage document workflows independently and identifying department needs.
- Assist the Operation Support department in daily task and projects document.
- Conduct reviews to ensure all operational documents are update with identify outdated documents.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role or similar function
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with document management.
- Knowledge of industry administrative practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Time management and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to understand basic English.
